“I first came across People and Business Insights when looking for an Innermetrix DISC profile provider in Australia. I’d used the Innermetrix DISC profile with my clients for a number of years in a coaching-consulting forum and found it was the most comprehensive on the market.

I was quickly made aware of the Advanced Insights Profile – which takes profiling to a whole new level. More than just DISC, it assesses and measures an individual’s Core Values and Key Attributes (… or Personal Skills & Strengths).

Far more effective in providing self-awareness for people as they can easily see why they behave and communicate in certain ways, as well as how they like to make decisions.

And Russ from People and Business Insights is without doubt the best trainer of personality profiles I’ve ever come across. His knowledge and experience is extreme.

And furthermore – he goes well beyond the call of duty in helping you understand how to interpret, and then best use the Advanced Insights tool with people.

His devotion to the field, and to his students is first rate and I would recommend his Advanced Insights course to anyone.”
